Refund and Cancellation Policy for Oscar Tutors 

Introduction

We appreciate your business and understand that your time is valuable, as is ours. Therefore, we have instituted the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure a smooth scheduling experience for all parties involved.

Scheduled Appointments

When you book a tutoring session, you are reserving a specific time slot that cannot be booked by other students. Because of this, we require payment upfront to confirm your appointment.

Cancellation by Student

• More than 48 Hours: If you cancel your session more than 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

• 24-48 Hours: If you cancel between 24 to 48 hours before the session, you may reschedule the session but will not be eligible for a refund.

• Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time will not be refunded.

Cancellation by Tutor

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the session fee. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.

Exceptions

We understand that life happens, and exceptional circumstances may arise. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, last-minute cancellations are generally non-refundable as stated above.

Agreement

By booking a session with Oscar Tutors, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
